Gary Schwartz has been an attorney in the State of Florida for over seven years. Like other attorneys in the firm, he as worked in the criminal justice arena, both as an Assistant State Attorney and an Assistant Public Defender.
His prior legal experience gave him the opportunity to try cases —complicated criminal cases involving forensic evidence. Gary understands the challenges facing an individual who has been seriously injured. Gary prides himself on being a champion for the underdog—on fighting for the little guy. If you have been injured in an accident, he will take on the individual, company, or corporation who caused the accident. He has the courtroom experience you need in a personal injury attorney.
Mr. Schwartz recently obtained a verdict of $700,000 in a case where his client sustained serious injuries in a car accident. He has a record of obtaining significant settlements and verdicts in personal injury cases.
Gary attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and graduated in 1994 with degrees in English and Sociology. He spent two years working as an editor before enrolling in Brooklyn Law School in 1996. While at Brooklyn Law School Gary was awarded two fellowships for his service in the public interest, specifically relating to his work in the fields of Native American Rights and Political Asylum for Refugees. He was also awarded two prizes for achieving the top grade in his Constitutional Law class.
