James W. Nuebel

James W. Nuebel is an experienced personal injury trial attorney who has zealously represented thousands of clients and accident victims over the past eighteen years.  He has been in law practice in Central Florida for fifteen years and exclusively represents only those individuals injured due to someone else's negligence.

Mr. Nuebel is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association and The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.  His undergraduate degree is from Florida State University in 1981 and his law degree is from Florida State University College of Law in 1986.

Attorney Nuebel restricts his law practice to personal injury, wrongful death and civil trial practice.
